RAINBOW SHORES RIVAGE RENOVATION

This project won a 2025 Citation for Design Award from the American Institute of Architects, Central New York chapter. The project began with the challenge of preserving the existing structure while reimagining its layout and finishes through the lens of a refined mid-century modern aesthetic. Material selections were curated with precision: warm walnut paneling and cabinetry, rift- and quarter-sawn white oak across the floors and ceiling, and bespoke tilework with restrained detailing. We curated furniture and fixtures with elegance, warmth and restraint in mind, producing distinct yet cohesive design moments throughout the home.
