WOODLANDS AT ZENDA

Recognized with a 2024 AIA Central New York Citation for Design, this historic island compound was thoughtfully reimagined to honor its architectural heritage while enhancing everyday living. Interior renovations included new finishes, lighting, custom cabinetry, and carefully curated furnishings that complement the character of the main residence and restored skiff house.

A restrained palette, reclaimed furnishings, and thoughtfully selected materials create a timeless aesthetic that celebrates the surrounding landscape, allowing the St. Lawrence River to remain the home's defining focal point.

Our work is in collaboration with Taylored Architecture. The project was constructed by Valley Maples Construction. Photography by Revette Studio.
