HOPEWELL HALL

The restoration of this prominent historic estate began with a complete transformation of the home's principal living spaces, including the kitchen, butler's pantry, dining room, living room, and billiard room. Historically inspired relief ceilings, period-appropriate finishes, furnishings, lighting, and bespoke details honor the estate's architectural heritage while creating interiors that feel timeless and welcoming.

Outdoors, the pool terrace was thoughtfully reimagined, and one of the property's historic follies was meticulously restored as an elegant pool house bath. Custom "HH" tile provides a subtle tribute to the estate's rich history.

The result is a restoration that celebrates craftsmanship, preserves heritage, and thoughtfully adapts a treasured landmark for modern living.
